bugfix: Tweak status icons further

Fixes #8916

This should distinguish the different states more clearly but keep some branding to be able to easily recognize the icon in the normal states.

this looks great, and I understand the need to keep the nextcloud branding visible. However, on small icons, the difference between the "ok state" and the "syncing state" is not very noticeable because both colors are blue, would it be possible to change the color of the icon to yellow for example, during synchronization?
