Still NGO context. My activists live their life and do activist stuff in their free time. I work on every time for that organisation. Sometimes I want to write them, but it's in the middle of the night or when they work. They're probably distracted in that moment and they could forget about my message if they've got time again. Also I don't want to wait till that moment when I think they've got time to send the message.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let me write my messages on that time I want to write them, but give me the functionality to send them whenever I think it's a good moment. So I can say at what time the written message is send.

Hi there, I just wanted to know if there are ways to achieve this in the current state of talk. This could be really useful to be able to only send messages on week days for workers and on weekends for volunteers. It would also be a key feature to be able to send messages for people with different timezones. Having this feature could increase the number of users that decide to keep the notifications on.
