Drag handle is visible in read-only and plaintext files

Describe the bug
The drag handle is visible when opening files read-only and in plaintext files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a markdown file with read-only permissions (e.g. share with read-only permissions)
2. Open the markdown file in Text
3. See the drag handle

Also in plaintext files:

1. Create a file.txt or even file.php
2. Open the file in text
3. See the drag handle.

Expected behavior
Drag handle should only be visible when opening markdown files for editing.
