Homebrew fails to download 2.1.0-beta.1 which is what is in Tap Formula config: https://github.com/peak/homebrew-tap/blob/main/Formula/s5cmd.rb

Got the same issue:

$ brew install peak/tap/s5cmd
s5cmd 2.0.0 is already installed but outdated (so it will be upgraded).
