Unfortunately i have very little time ATM to deal with the Defer problem :s, so yes, if nobody came up with a solution reverting it is better ATM and will try to tackle the problem latter |

okay, better inefficient than wrong. can you add some note in the documentation that using the retry plugin kills async? and open an issue in this repo to implement retry async correctly?

I revert the changes to RetryPlugin as a temporary fix for #109. Only consider this if we cannot properly fix it (as attempted in #110)
