What does this PR try to resolve?
This was prep for removing
--lockfile-pathin favor ofresolver.lockfile-path. In switching the tests over, I found that there were some gap in the implementation.One gap still exists:
resolver.lockfile-pathdoes not imply--lockedlike--lockfile-pathdoes. As config is more background/passive, I think this is an acceptable and expected design choice.How to test and review this PR?
