Use correct types in trans::tvec

Three different FIXMEs in trans::tvec suggest improvements to be made to do with the representation types for vectors: "This is not the correct type" in both alloc_uniq_raw and duplicate_uniq, and "Optimize this when the size of the unit type is statically known" in iter_vec_raw.
