Rollup merge of #151424 - fix-missing-colon-in-test, r=Kivooeo missing colon after the compile-flags directive This is a trivial issue as the title suggests. All tests in the `ui` test suite have a colon after the `compile-flags` directive except for this one.

This is a trivial issue as the title suggests. All tests in the
uitest suite have a colon after thecompile-flagsdirective except for this one.
