Keep kubectl versions synced #3980
Description
Currently the version of kubectl is defined in two different places:
- https://github.com/sillsdev/TheCombine/blob/master/deploy/ansible/vars/k3s_versions.yml > kubectl_version (v1.30.2)
- Settings > Secrets and variables > Actions > Variables > Repository variables > KUBECTL_VERSION (v1.25.9)
These two, kubectl_version and KUBECTL_VERSION, should be kept in sync.
