noticeable traits: his eyes are red with black sclera, and his mouth is actually covered in a few stitches in white, though he's pale enough that it can be a little hard to see from a distance.
other: he's a selective mute, and does not know sign language.

YOUKAI: a prideful, goal-focused oni that turns out to be scared of the embrace. it seeks power above all, finding the bloodline's forefather to be the perfect host to achieve its goal, though accepting its inferiority towards him. it does not speak out of turn (albeit its host cannot speak), and refers to the embrace by 'master'.
MASK APPEARANCE: adorned in red, the mask possesses two curvy horns at the top. they have black tips and gradient into red, blending in with the face's skin. the eyes are much similar to victor's: black sclera, but golden pupils. the tusk-like teeth are notably sharp, and its mouth resembles an especially vile grim. victor keeps it by his side, together with the damaged tome.

▲ HAIR GROWTH, not all of his hair will grow, only the hair on the back of his head. it also slowly grows longer, and attempting to shorten it will provide no results. victor will eventually tie it into a long and thin ponytail.
