1. Submissions must have been created in their entirety during the hacking period of HackCWRU 6.
2. Decisions made by the HackCWRU judges are final
3. Projects must be submitted by 8 am EST on Sunday, February 9, 2019.
4. Hackers found in violation of the code of conduct are ineligible to win a prize.
