The reviewer writes that he does not understand how does a certain assertion of mine follow, adds "(sorry, I am certainly being stupid)" in parentheses, and immediately proceeds to point out, right in the next phrase, that I write that a certain vector subspace does not intersect another, while in fact, I surely mean that they only intersect at 0."

"More than ten years have passed, but I still remember this detail. All I can say now is that, with any refereeing requests you may have presently or in the future, you may want to contact mathematicians capable of making a more careful distinction between nonintersecting vector subspaces and vector subspaces that only intersect at 0."
