▶ VISUAL: Neuvillette appears as a tall, slim man around six feet in height, with long hair one faint shade darker than white typically tied in the loosest thing you can possibly call a braid behind him. One side of his bangs is held back with a hairpin, which also puts his ears - human-sized but distinctively pointed - on display. His eyes are a light purple and have slight pupils, and there are two blue strands in his hair that give the impression of feathers or perhaps catfish barbels, lifting from the rest of his hair as they hang down his back.

Typically, he dresses in his ornate Iudex court robes - it's rare to see him in anything else, unless you somehow manage to catch him preparing for bed or just starting his day. Unsurprisingly, any clothes he chooses for himself heavily favor the color blue, and he tends heavily towards the formal (pressed shirts, etc). He wears shoes with a significant heel (if one cares to look) under spats that rise all the way to his thighs beneath the lower panels of his robes. (Gacha game design, man.) He also wears black gloves that fully cover his hands, so not a bit of skin shows aside from his face and jaw. In addition to this, he can be frequently seen carrying a cane, though it appears to serve more as a focus for his power than as a mobility aid.

When using his power over Hydro to its full extent, the pair of barbels in his hair and some parts of the trailing ends of his robes glow bright blue and grow significantly longer. Why do the robes grow and glow like they're a part of his body? Damned If I Know.
▶ OTHER: Ray Chase is carrying Neuvillette's entire emotional range on his back, so his voice is typically far more expressive than his face. There's always a slight scent around him that one tends to associate with fresh water - though whether that's 'ocean,' 'river,' or 'rain' can vary.
▶ VIBE CHECK: Stern. Impartial.

▶ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: He knows what it is but it has never been applied to him directly.
▶ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Generally not opposed, but talk to me beforehand! Neuvillette is a lot stronger than his appearance and demeanor would indicate, Because Dragon, so keep that in mind.
▶ RELATIONSHIPS: I'm not opposed to shipping but I don't generally play with romantic ships as a goal. I typically read Neuvillette is ace as the first card in a suit, but what happens happens.

▶ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Do you know what water is? That is Water. You have experienced a degree of That Person Is Water Element that you have never thought possible. It's impressive that he isn't transparent. Also, powerful as hell, generally speaking. Dragon if your character has a connection to that kind of thing specifically.
▶ MEDICAL INFORMATION: That's not a human, but he's sure a healthy whatever he is! No major injuries etc to report but do not give his blood to anyone else. No seriously don't. no blood transfusions allowed. Also: needs much higher water intake than a human for Water Dragon Reasons.
▶ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: As the Chief Justice of Fontaine, home of Justice and also organized crime, Neuvillette is one of those people who has seen it all and is very hard to ruffle. That said, he does experience a distinct anxiety towards angry mobs and suicide, and despite his outward appearance, he's an utter soft heart who is known for crying at the drop of a hat... Just not in a way that's visible to most humans. Also, he doesn't like gods, as a general rule.

▶ BACKTAGGING: I have ADHD real bad and tend to focus boomerang threads. I don't actively lose tags, but slow threads may not manage to amass enough weight to overcome their inertia if that's not the thing I'm focused on in a particular moment. I have no objection to backtags (and indeed slower tags will tend to be this due to the inertia issue) but it's not my preferred tagging pace.
