Folks who do Yuletide, how's it going?

I have a very long list of things I want to read and haven't, which is nice - sometimes it feels like I run out of fandoms I'm familiar with pretty quickly.

I made some preliminary recs here and expect I will have more soon.

I'm generally pleased by the response to what I've written. One fic is getting a bit less attention than I'd hoped, another is getting significantly more attention than I'd expected, and the third one is doing exactly as I predicted, which is to say that my recipient seems to like it and that's what counts. :)

Do you do Yuletide? Or other end-of-year exchanges? How are they treating you?
