On The Corner Of "Walk, Don't Walk"

So I went to visit my Lola's (Grandmothers) grave earlier today.

While I was silently gazing upon the her marker, I hear this woman screaming bloody murder off in the distance near the other side of the cemetery.

I look up and there's this middle-aged woman running around with a huge flock of dove/pigeons chasing her. I am so fucking serious, it was like something out of Hitchcock's The Birds. There were three other people running after her, waving their arms and shouting helpful phrases such as "Drop and roll!" & "Stop screaming, you're making them mad!" & my personal favorite "Turn around and run towards 'em, you'll scare them away!"

After about 5 seconds of wondering what the hell was going on, I started pondering "Well, shit, I should probably help her, right?"

And then the flock of birds suddenly divided into smaller flocks and started attacking the people that were chasing after the woman.

So I got in my car and peeled the fuck out of there like a bat out of hell.

I haven't heard anything about it anywhere, so I don't know if there were any survivors or if it's safe to set foot in the cemetery. But now I kind of feel guilty for not staying around and helping.

But I'm just one person.

And I am SO not fucking around with an army of mutant doves/pigeons in a cemetery.

I've seen my fair share of horror movies, I know how shit like that ends. :/
