False adverts using the names of KI researchers are circulating
Several cases of commercial adverts using the names of KI employees and KI-affiliated researchers are circulating on social media. These adverts promote various products that the named KI individuals do not endorse. The adverts are misleading and constitute false marketing. KI urges employees affected by this to report the adverts to the police and the public to critically examine marketing that uses KI’s name.
