What Is an Add-On and How to Purchase the Integration Bundle

Add integrations to your account with the Integration Bundle

The Integration Bundle add-on is available for $5 per user/month and is only accessible to those on Business and above, learn more. 

What is an add-on?

An add-on allows you to incorporate additional integrations into your ProjectManager plan, and the Integration Bundle is an example of an add-on. Add-ons are only available on the Business edition and above.

Purchase the Integration Bundle add-on to gain access to our Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Power BI, Excel and Azure DevOps integrations. This add-on applies to every user on your account. If you have five users, for example, you'll need to purchase five Integration Bundle add-ons.

Note: Trialists have free access to the Integration Bundle for the duration of their 30-day trial. No purchase necessary until the trial ends.

How to purchase the Integration Bundle add-on as a new customer

When you're entering your payment information at checkout, you'll see the option to select an add on.

Once you select the Integration Bundle as your add-on, you'll see the price reflect this amount.

If you're purchasing add-ons for more than 50 people, you'll need to contact sales. If you pay for add-ons on an annual basis, the cost will drop to $4.29/user/month.

Note: PowerBI is included in the Enterprise edition. Enterprise customers don't need to purchase the Integration Bundle to get Power BI.

How to purchase the Integration Bundle add-on as an existing customer

If you already have a ProjectManager Business edition license, you can purchase the Integration Bundle at any time. If you're on a Team plan, you'll need to first upgrade to Business before purchasing the Integration Bundle.

Navigate to Account & Billing by clicking on your profile icon in the lower-left corner of the software.

Here, you can change your edition and manage add-ons. To upgrade, click "change editions," where you can purchase a Business plan. If you're on a Business plan already, click "manage add-ons."

Both options will take you to the checkout page, where you can edit your subscription and change add-ons. Remember, you'll need to purchase the same number of add-ons as you have licenses. In the example below, the total add-on cost per month is $15, as there are three licenses.
