Portfolio Summary
An overview of important information regarding your entire portfolio to better understand the state of your business.
The Portfolio Summary dashboard consists of four widgets to track data across all projects. Click on the various widgets to take direct action on projects and tasks.
Widgets include:
- Portfolio summary contains information on your pipeline, cost and budgets
- Portfolio breakdown shows a high-level view of each project's time, cost, workload, progress and total cost
- Team pulse shows how each team's time is utilized
- Workstream provides a live feed of notifications
This dashboard automatically updates when project data is entered into the software. It's ideal for program managers, portfolio managers or executive stakeholders who need portfolio insights for forecasting and planning at an organizational level. It's part of the Home view in addition to My Summary and Team Summary.
Summary Dashboards Introduction Video
Similar to the other two Home views, your Portfolio Summary provides a high-level overview of your project pipeline. This helps you quickly understand how much work your team will have in the future. Easy access to this data makes it simple to take swift action on your projects.

Portfolio Summary
At the top of your Portfolio Summary, you'll see a portfolio pipeline in addition to data on your cost/budget breakdown. Hover over the color-coded graph to determine how many projects have been started, are on hold, or are currently open.
Next to the pipeline, you'll see a cost/budget breakdown that makes it easy to adjust budgets if you see a red flag.

Portfolio Breakdown
Easily identify the project name in addition to time, cost, workload, progress and total cost.

Hover over each color-coded dot to see specific data insights and make time-sensitive decisions. For example, you can determine the exact percentage that the project is ahead of schedule in terms of time, cost and workload.
The circle graph represents the overall percentage of progress that's been completed for any given project. Total cost is broken down next to progress to help you make budget-related decisions.
Team Pulse
In the Team Pulse widget, managers and executive stakeholders can see a snapshot of their teams' utilization to better manage resources and schedules. The number next to each name represents the number of tasks they currently have due for that particular day.

Schedule changes will impact progress. If any team members are on Holiday, an icon will appear next to their name in the Team Pulse section. Use Team Pulse for a quick status update on your team's workload and redistribute tasks as necessary to keep projects moving.
Workstream
This is a real-time feed for collaboration that includes a timeline of key conversations and @mentions. Read more about Workstream by visiting our corresponding Knowledge Base article.
