Lets partner and activate history -- together!

University Archives, Records Management, and Special Collections (ARMS) at Chicago State University (CSU) is responsible for preserving the historical record of the University, while also providing systematic control over the University's records from creation to final disposition.

ARMS invites you to explore the Archives' website where you will discover information about our print and digital collections, CSU history, past and upcoming exhibits and programs, and much more.

Managing CSU Records

Records and Information Management (RIM) services provide CSU faculty and staff with a cohesive approach to effective management of CSU records and information resources. RIM staff at CSU can provide support to units interested in purging records and streamlining their work processes.

Please visit the Records and Information Management page for information regarding depositing, retrieving and destroying expired records.
