Meeting Rooms in Our Libraries

Please contact each library directly to inquire about meeting room availabilty and to schedule a time slot

Facilities:

  • Ardmore Library – 25 seats (auditorium arrangement)

  • Bala Cynwyd Library –

    • Meeting Room: 49 seats (auditorium arrangement)

    • Linda Bagley & Eli Dweck Conference Room: 8 seats (conference set up only)

  • Belmont Hills Library – 45 seats (auditorium arrangement)

  • Gladwyne Library – 45 seats (auditorium arrangement)

  • Ludington Library –

    • Auditorium: 110 seats, standing room only events; 85 chairs

      • Please note: if you anticipate a turnout of greater than 85,  attendees may have to stand along the sides of the room. Chairs are available on a first come, first served basis.

    • Small Meeting Room: 7-8 seats (conference set up only)

  • Penn Wynne Library: 30 seat (conference set up only)
