Because of the swine flu or whatever it is, I had the urge to clean my nose/ sinuses with salt water.



Since I didn't have one, I invented a makeshift neti pot. :)


I used: a sports cap
on a 1,5 l plastic bottle,
made a hole half way up on the bottle, and voila!

There's room for about 1/2 litre of luke-warm water with a small teaspoon of salt.
(I use Himalaya salt. Use only real salt without any additives.)
Keep the hole side up. :)
