As we get more communities, the "Show Communities" drop down (the little down arrow in a box near the top right of the page) will become more difficult to find a specific community in:
Would it be helpful to have a search field at the top of the panel that appears? Typing into the field could sort the communities list into order of best match for the search term. It might look something like this:
