Q&A

Welcome to Codidact Meta!

Codidact Meta is the "town hall" (meta-discussion site) for the Codidact community network and the Codidact software. Whether you have bug reports or feature requests, support questions or rule discussions that touch the whole network – this is the site for you.

For someone coming from Stack Exchange (SE), what are the equivalent Codidact communities?

For example, I'm interested in:

  • Stack Overflow (coding problems)
  • Unix & Linux (using *Nix tools and systems)
  • French Language (improving my French and helping learners with theirs)
  • English Language Learners (ELL; helping people learn English)
  • Skeptics (debunking/confirming dubious claims)

Ideally, I'd like to see a complete list. The full list of SE sites is here (sorted by # of questions).

I know it's not going to be one-to-one, especially since SE sites have overlapping scopes.

Firstly, for reference, the full list of Codidact communities is available on the homepage or in the Dashboard.

I'm new here, so I'm just going to start an incomplete list based on what I can tell, and I encourage someone else to copy it, sort it, and fill in the gaps.
