I also feel I should point out that the news from Africa has been largely positive. Ceasefire agreements have been kept, for the most part, and diplomacy is further along than it ever has been before in several conflicts (Sudan comes to mind). Maybe all African countries needed was for the rest of us to mind our own business and let them make decisions for themselves.
