What does the ABS in ABS Tables mean?

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a high-performance plastic known for its strength, durability, and dependable rigidity—perfect for furniture that needs to handle everyday use. It’s made from a blend of three materials that each bring something valuable to the mix: acrylonitrile for heat and chemical resistance, butadiene for extra toughness and impact protection, and styrene for its smooth finish and easy molding. The result is a sturdy, long-lasting material ideal for folding tables that look great and perform even better.

Are MityLite products suitable for outdoor use?

How do I clean and maintain my MityLite products?

Where are MityLite products made?

Over 70% of the products we ship are made at our manufacturing facility in Orem, Utah, USA. A small percentage of our products are built to our specifications in Taiwan and other countries.

How do I track my MityLite order?

You can track your order on the Order Status page. You’ll need your order number and customer number (found on your order receipt). If you don’t have that information, contact your sales representative, chat with a customer service rep, or call MityLite at 800-909-8034.

What payment methods does MityLite accept?

MityLite accepts ACH/EFT, wire transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and check.

Do you offer bulk or contract pricing?

Replacement Parts & Customization

Is it possible to order replacement parts like chair glides or cushions?

Yes, please contact Customer Support to order new chair glides or replacement cushions.

Can I customize my MityLite products (color, finish, fabric)?

Yes, most MityLite products are custom-made to your specifications. We offer thousands of fabric options, frame finishes, and add-ons so you can make each product a reflection of your brand. Standard customizations are listed on the page in the drop-down menus, but many products can be made with C.O.M. (Customers’ Own Material) or custom stains.

How long do custom orders take to ship?

Shipping times vary more based on backorders than on customization, since most products have some level of customization. Talk to your sales representative for current shipping times.

Can I reorder products I’ve purchased before?

Yes, contact your sales representative for simplified reordering. They will have records of the exact fabrics and finishes you selected in prior orders.

Shipping & Delivery

What are MityLite’s shipping options?

Your sales representative will discuss shipping options for your order, which can vary based on your location and the size of the order. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders can take 3 weeks to 3 months to arrive, depending on dozens of factors. Talk to your sales representative for an exact timeline for your delivery.

How are MityLite products packaged for delivery?

Most products are stacked on pallets and wrapped in plastic. Some products are boxed individually, if it is needed to protect the product.

How do I send a warranty request?

What does MityLite’s product warranty cover?

All products at MityLite are under warranty, but warranty coverage varies from product to product. Check out our Warranty page for more information or contact Customer Support.

Can I get help setting up or maintaining my furniture?

When you and your sales representative discuss shipping options, you can request White Glove Delivery, which is available for an additional cost. White Glove Delivery includes hiring a team to set up your furniture in your facility.

Does MityLite offer space planning or design support?

Yes, we do! We offer free, customized space planning and room layout services. Talk to your sales representative to learn more.

How can I get a customized room layout?

Ask your sales representative about customized room layouts and they’ll let you know what we need. We can provide several options so you can see the flexibility of your space. Our layouts take into consideration fire codes, ADA compliance, and other considerations. We can add in staging, dance floors, pianos, columns, and other unique features into the layout.
