These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MVSEP website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Olimjon Elmurodov Ermat o'g'li ("Operator").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MVSEP provides AI-powered audio processing tools, including but not limited to stem separation and enhancement services. Certain features require payment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities under Your account.

4. Payments

Payments for Credits or other paid features may be processed through third-party payment providers, including app marketplace operators such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

For purchases made through:

• Apple App Store – Billing and refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s terms and policies.
• Google Play Store – Billing and refunds are subject to Google Play’s terms and billing policies.

Platform-specific rules may override these Terms where required.

All other payments made directly through the website are one-time and non-recurring unless explicitly stated.

By completing a purchase, You acknowledge that digital processing begins upon use of Credits and that refund eligibility is subject to the applicable Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of the Service, processing jobs are considered delivered once completed.

Refunds for unused or minimally used Credits may be available in accordance with the Refund Policy. Once Credits have been substantially used or processing jobs completed beyond the limits defined in the Refund Policy, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, platform-specific refund policies apply.

6. User Content

You may upload audio files for processing. By uploading content, You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have legal rights to process it;
• The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
• The content does not violate applicable law.

The Operator is not responsible for uploaded content and does not claim ownership over Your files.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding, and design elements of the Service remain the intellectual property of the Operator.

Processed outputs may be used commercially by You, provided You have rights to the original content.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, processing accuracy, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uzbekistan.

12. Analytics

The website (mvsep.com) uses Yandex Metrica for analytics purposes. The mobile application does not use Yandex Metrica.

13. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
