Can Anya read your character's mind? Yes!
If Y, what's the general content that Anya might be able to pick up from them? Just the usual, straight forward surface thoughts! Though Botan might also think about home and work from time to time too, which, considering she's a Grim Reaper, will probably include stuff about ghosts and spirits, as well as demons/yokai/ogres! (For the record, Botan doesn't kill people, she just ferries the spirits to the afterlife, so there's nothing gruesome THERE, but the supernatural creatures might freak out someone Anya's age, sobs) Botan's had some experience with psychics in the past (mostly telepaths, but also some mind-readers as well), but she's not going to be able to pick up on Anya's skill unless it's made obvious!

Can Anya read your character's mind? Y
If Y, what's the general content that Anya might be able to pick up from them? Steve is usually not lying about anything or hiding anything, but I'll probably let you know in brackets if that's the case. At the most, he'll be exaggerating slightly to avoid a difficult conversation.
General thoughts usually involve his usual day-to-day or observations about his settings, sometimes about superhero stuff. If he ever talks to her about superhero things he'll sanitize his descriptions to be kid-friendly but probably think about slightly more gruesome things.
He also doesn't want to go into it when he's sad, but he'll have plenty of loud sad thoughts.
He has had exactly 1 experience with a psionic and will not notice unless Anya says something that Steve has never said aloud to her.

Can Anya read your character's mind? Y; though I'd prefer to pick good moments for it to happen to make my characters confront things about themselves they try to keep hidden, so maybe during an event (like memshare!) or moments where they're emotional. If it's cool with you, I can just put "it's okay to mindread this next tag" in my subject line and it can take off from there.
If Y, what's the general content that Anya might be able to pick up from them?
— Varen's mind swirls with emotions that are rarely displayed, but he feels things deeply. Werewolves like him mate for life and he fell in love with the woman he was protecting as a bodyguard, but since she's a princess she was promised to someone else. It was all pretty chaste so Anya is free to see a beautiful woman with fair skin, blonde hair, and green eyes fawning over him, declaring her love, and things of that nature. Her name is Celia if Anya wants to namedrop it.
— Mary's mind is divided between well organized and a freaking disaster. She has stuffed her brain full of things she's read, but sometimes interprets things wrong. She has a chip on her shoulder about not being pretty and has gained a superiority complex about her talents (which aren't much to speak of) in order to make up for the lack of beauty. In most situations she'll be comparing herself to others to see whether or not she's lacking. She craves attention for her accomplishments too.
— Gemmaline has the most relaxed mind and good intentions, but she's faced so many horrors and dangers that they're bound to slip through. Fights with dragons, big sea monsters, the undead, bandits, giant spiders, and various Daedric princes that take the form of pseudo demonic figures are all possible. There is also sorrow and guilt about people who she tried to help or who helped her who have died; often sacrificing themselves for her so she can defeat the big bad.
If N, what might be keeping Anya from reading their mind? Since this is a situation where I'm like "hm, when can I make their thoughts betray them?" I think during those times Anya can't mindread, there could be various reasons. For Varen, maybe because he's been training himself to keep his emotions in check it manifests as a sort of wall. For Mary, it could be the general chaotic nature of flip flopping between her vulnerabilities and her arrogance. For Gemmaline, we can just say it's a mage thing! Like her magicka tends to block mind reading attempts most of the time.

If Y, what's the general content that Anya might be able to pick up from them? Hoo boy! G'raha's got A Lot Going On, so preemptive apologies for how much this is about to be, I will try to keep things as simple and big picture as I can, and if you want more details on anything, I will be happy to provide!
So, at the end of G'raha's first adventure with FFXIV's player character, he learned that his bloodline was descended from the royal line of this ancient lost empire that had built this enormous crystal tower filled with dangerous lost technology, so he decided to seal himself up in said tower and go into stasis until the outside world could prove themselves capable of handling that dangerous technology by breaking the seal and waking him up.
While he was asleep, an apocalypse happened and 200 years passed, and the people who opened the tower had a crazy plan for him. They sent him and the tower back in time to before the apocalypse happened and over to the parallel dimension whose collapse had caused said apocalypse, so he could stop it from happening. He landed 100 years before the apocalypse went off and proceeded to keep everything I've mentioned up to this point an absolute secret. He took up the title of the Crystal Exarch, which he now goes by exclusively, and presents himself as a native of the parallel dimension, going into as little detail about his personal backstory as possible.
So, yeah, lots of juicy secrets in this cat!
Also on top of all that, any time he interacts with Anya, he will 100% be thinking about when his adopted granddaughter, Lyna, was a little (bunny)girl.

Character Names: Yukari Mishakuji, Lan Bo
Can Anya read your character's mind? Yes to both
If Y, what's the general content that Anya might be able to pick up from them? Yukari is... not good. Will hurt a child for the lulz, and generally just likes beautiful things, especially other people's passions. She might pick up on when someone has particularly caught his attention, or his inner thoughts that will surround him from times back home. She might pick up on phrases like Dresden Slates, Kings, Strains, and Clans.
Lan Bo is a merman, and frequently thinks about a white lion boy back home named Bai. Everything he does is to pertain to Bai's eventual return home, and he doesn't quite understand yet that Bai might not be able to make it here. Most things he learns will be to benefit Bai in the future. Lan Bo is also quickly aggressive and may attack if startled. He also might have some NSFW thoughts, but you're free to opt-out of those if you want. He's an Omega from the Omegaverse, so... Alternatively, any flashbacks to his past may be viable. He has an intense past of torture, though. So if you need to opt-out of anything in turn with him, please feel free to say so on my permissions over here.

Can Anya read your character's mind? y, though a caveat is that he does probably have some kind of mental defenses.. probably not enough to really be an obstacle, but it might be a good GO NO FURTHER sign.
If Y, what's the general content that Anya might be able to pick up from them? just a whole lot of fucked up trauma. his head is a mess. it's probably actually a painful place to be. his memories are fractured at best, he relives death and torture pretty often, and in general, he just really doesn't like himself. his control words don't have any power over him anymore, but they're still like.. emotionally triggering, so there's that floating around in there. generally, please don't go in his head, small child.
surface-level, he's always sort of evaluating people and situations for threat-level, and he might just be thinking about things he needs to do/people he's talked to/etc.
