Submissions are closed. Judging is in progress. Finalists announced at 2 p.m.

Whew! You did it!! LIT0109 is CLOSED and will not reopen until the awards ceremony this afternoon.

We know you are all eager to find out the results, so we are having a very quick turnaround with the judging process and ask that you please be patient.

Finalists will be announced through Devpost around 2 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to attend the awards ceremony at 4:15 p.m. in LIT0109, but the finalists will be the only projects still in contention for the prizes. Shirts will be distributed to first 100 participants who have submitted a project and are in attendance.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE APPROACHING!!! 30 minutes remaining!

Hi, everyone! 

Quick reminder that project submissions close in 30 minutes. Only one person needs to submit the project on behalf of the entire team but please list all the contributors in the description. 

The submission guidelines are as follows:

Include a short demo that shows your project's features and functionality. The project does not have to be deployed. And the demo does not need to be a video but that is highly encouraged.

Include a URL to your code repository for judging and testing by making your code public or by sharing access.

CLASSROOM IS CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT

Whew! You've survived the first half of the competition. And LIT0101 is officially closed for the night. 

Either take a field trip to somewhere on-campus that is open 24 hours for the time being or get some rest. 

REMEMBER: LIT0109 opens at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow. It will be the classroom used for the awards ceremony and remainder of the event.

Please be advised that 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 24 is a hard deadline for project submissions. No extensions will be given.

Dinner is ready! All meals are served outside in the courtyard near Little Hall and Carleton Auditorium. You are welcome to come and get food now.

Please eat at the outdoor seating area and tables around Little Hall. (Eating and drinking in the classroom should be very limited per UF's rules.)

The menu:

Good morning! 

Yay, it's competition day!! We will be offering a Q&A type session starting at 8:45 a.m. in LIT0101 for those attending in-person to ask questions about the competition prior to the challenge statement being released. An FAQ will also be posted on Devpost. 

Remember, there is no official check-in or registration when you arrive. However, we will be asking for your name as listed in the Devpost registration to get meals and energy drinks throughout the competition.

Challenge statement goes live tomorrow at 9 a.m.!!

But first, here’s some information about the event and how it will go:

There is no official check-in or registration when you arrive. However, we will be asking for your name as listed in the Devpost registration to get meals and energy drinks throughout the competition.
