Omg thank you so much for taking such detailed notes! I’m taking anatomy next semester and I’m super nervous about it since I’ve heard it’s such memorization intensive course, but these have eased my anxiety a little bit! (Your notes are super pretty btw!!)

I was scared about the workload coming into A&P but these notes helped SO much at the end of the semester! I wish earlier chapters were up sooner or I would have bought them all !

I'm so glad you're here!

Hi, I’m Candice. I’m a Pre-PT kinesiology major who created these resources because I needed something that actually worked with my Anatomy & Physiology course — not against it.

When I first started A&P, I struggled to find notes and study tools that were organized in a way that made sense alongside lectures and exams. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to study effectively, what to focus on, and how to organize the material so it stuck. Eventually, I found a system that finally worked — I committed to it, refined it, and earned a high A in the course.

Everything you’ll find here is based on that system. These are the notes, guides, and study methods I built for myself while taking A&P, shared so other students don’t have to struggle through the same guesswork I did.

My goal is to help you start the semester with structure, clarity, and confidence — and give you a real leg up from the beginning.

I’m continually adding new chapters and guides as I go back through the material, and I hope these resources help make A&P feel more manageable, organized, and achievable for you.
