• Currently Nominated: Current year’s nomination has been paid
• For Nomination: Current year’s nomination is still due
• For Missed Nomination: Missed previous year’s payment/nomination but can pay $2000 by 11/1 of horse’s 3 year old year OR $3000 by 11/1 of horse’s 4 year old year
• Ineligible: Missed previous year’s payment/nomination & is too old for missed nomination option
• Pending Nomination: Current year’s nomination payment is still pending
