This is an RP account for pre-Gallifrey series Narvin, as seen in "Erasure" and "The Quantum Possibility Engine."
Narvin is a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. He started his career as a temporal weapons' technician, was recruited into the Celestial Intervention Agency (CIA) and worked his way up the ranks. At this canon point, he's a field agent who will recommend wiping out entire inhabited planets without remorse if he thinks it's for the good of the timeline and Gallifrey.
