NYOTA UHURA | STAR TREK

chief communications officer of the uss enterprise. originally from the united states of africa, attended starfleet academy and specialized in xenolinguistics, as well as serving as the academy aide for advanced phonology and acoustical engineering courses under commander spock. originally assigned to the uss farragut after the events leading to the destruction of vulcan, uhura was transferred to serve aboard the enterprise, where she remains stationed at the current stardate.
