Outlook Search Folder only works for some addresses in criteria.
In Outlook 365 I have a search folder. It only has From... criteria on the Messages tab. There are multiple from addresses there to match, separated by semicolons: [email protected]; [email protected]; ....
The search folder only contains e-mails from some of the addresses. E-mails from other addresses in the list never appear in the search folder. I've checked headers to make sure I'm using the From: address and not something like reply-to. I've tried playing with order to see if maybe some stray character in the middle breaks things for latter addresses.
How can I create a search folder that contains all e-mails from any of a list of addresses?
