How can I convert an .eml file to an SVG?

meta.discourse.org/t/388327 contains a PNG example of what it describes. The example was converted from an .eml file (because the .eml file is > 100 000 characters, and Discourse doesn't permit content of that size).

A PNG is, certainly, a sufficient demonstration for anyone with functional eyes. However, it's a disservice for anyone with visual accessibility requirements, and/or a slow internet connection.

Therefore, I want to upload an SVG, instead. [1] However, I do not know how to convert an .eml file to an .SVG equivalent.

Certainly, a more competent software developer might be able to create a crude pipeline. However, I would prefer to utilise GUI-based — or simple, CLI-based — software, if possible.
