FAQs Relating To Print.Inc's Liquidation
Unfortunately, any orders that were not in production at the time of Print.Inc’s liquidation cannot be fulfilled. We understand this is frustrating, and we are supporting affected customers with discounted rates on new orders. The liquidators have confirmed that they directly contacted customers whose orders did not enter production before liquidation. Orders that were completed and scheduled for dispatch are likely to be fulfilled - we are currently awaiting stock to arrive, after which we will work through these and contact the relevant customers.
The Print.Inc website will be live again week commencing 1st September, fully powered by Involution. You can place new orders online, and we will provide proper lead times and communication every step of the way.
Some of the Print.Inc team have joined Involution, providing continuity alongside a fresh start for the brand, supported by a robust company and structure. Your orders will benefit from both the expertise of the original team and the wider merchandise knowledge and production capabilities of Involution.
Print.Inc operations have moved to Involution HQ in Leeds (Clayton Wood Close, LS16 6QE). This centralised location allows us to manage production efficiently and ensure high service standards.
Yes. Involution brings 26 years of experience, a 98% customer retention rate, and robust systems to ensure reliable production and communication. Print.Inc, powered by Involution, will deliver your orders on time and at a consistently high standard.
Any orders in progress at the time of liquidation cannot be refunded. If you paid via PayPal, we strongly encourage you to contact PayPal’s customer service to request a refund. For non-PayPal orders, refunds cannot be guaranteed. Our focus is on supporting affected customers with discounted rates on new orders and ensuring their future experience is seamless.
Print.Inc will continue to operate under its own name and identity, but it will now be powered by Involution. This means better service, expanded products, and reliable delivery.
Any artwork, designs, or files that were previously on file with Print.Inc are accessible to us. This means if you’ve placed an order with this artwork before, we will likely not need you to resend the files.
For orders placed after the acquisition (Print.Inc powered by Involution), Involution will handle any issues directly. Previous orders affected by the liquidation unfortunately, cannot be refunded, as they do not sit under our remit.

If you are getting in touch with us in relation to an order you have already placed, please ensure you quote your order number when contacting us!
UPLODING ARTWORK
Dropbox: [PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS]
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your artwork using your order number. For quick reference, you can find our Dropbox link here. Our artwork team will then be in touch with any queries, & proofs for approval where applicable.
Proofs:
For all garment orders, such as t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, tote bags & tea towels, we will always send a digital proof once we receive your order. We will not send an order through to production until we have proof approval. Please note, we will only send a proof once we have received your order & artwork confirmation.
On digital & merchandise items such as badges, stickers & business cards, we will only send a proof if we have any queries. If you would like to see a proof, please ensure you add a note to your order comments.
Please ensure all files are uploaded using the specifications provided, and as per the below format:
Colour Format: CMYK
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpi
Once you've uploaded your artwork, it will be checked over by our dedicated artwork team here in Leeds, and they'll be straight in touch with any queries.
Previews:
If your preview isn't displayed correctly, don't worry! You can proceed with the order but please ensure you either add a comment in the notes section of your order, or follow up with our team via email.
Please note, for UK orders over £150 (exc VAT), all orders are shipped via courier on a next working day service. For orders under £150 (exc VAT), your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 48hour tracked service unless specified otherwise. For international deliveries, this is dependant on location & order type.
