When people ask us, “What is the brand language of Project Mumbai?” the answer is simple.
It is not a colour, a logo, or a font.
Our brand is the citizens of Mumbai.
Our language is kindness.
Every act of generosity, every hour volunteered, every small gesture for the common good — this is what defines Project Mumbai. It is how the city shows up for itself, every single day.
Seven years of working on the ground have taught us something powerful: a city thrives when people come together. Solutions don’t always need to be grand — they need to be human. Real change begins when citizens move from concern to collective action.
This belief comes alive across everything we do — from neighbourhood volunteering and civic action to city-wide movements like Mumbai Climate Week, a Project Mumbai initiative built on the same foundation: people, participation, and purpose. At its heart, Mumbai Climate Week is a reminder that climate action, too, begins with citizens — with everyday choices, shared responsibility, and the willingness to act together.
Because the most powerful resource a city has is not infrastructure or institutions alone — it is its people. Their stories. Their compassion. Their time. Their action.
That is Project Mumbai.
Where hope meets action — through volunteering, through community, through Mumbai.
Mumbai’s Citizens. Mumbai’s Solutions. Mumbai’s Climate Future.
Mumbai Climate Week (MCW) — India’s first citizen-driven climate platform is an initiative of Project Mumbai that moves beyond talks to transform ideas into climate solutions rooted in the realities of the Global South. A three-day climate action summit (Feb 17-19, 2026) held at the Jio World Convention Centre, bringing together citizens, government, innovators and civil society. A hub for collaboration across mitigation, adaptation, finance and justice — shaping actionable climate strategy.
