Voiceflow PromptHacks GPT-4 Hackathon Short Rules
(the “Short Rules”)
1. No purchase or payment is necessary for the Voiceflow PromptHacks GPT-4 Hackathon (the “Hackathon”). Any purchase or payment will not increase chances of winning.
2. The contest will take place from April 28th, 2023 to April 30th, 2023
3. Eligibility - the Hackathon is open to:
a. Individuals who are at least the age of majority where they reside as of the time of entry (the “Eligible Individuals”). If under the age of majority and above the age of 13, parental/guardian consent is required in accordance with the official rules of the Hackathon (the “Official Rules”).
b. Teams of Eligible Individuals.
c. Organizations (including corporations, not-for-profit corporations and other non-profit organizations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other legal entities) that exist and have been organized or incorporated at the time of entry and employ no more than 50 people.
4. The following technical requirements are applicable:
a. Internet access, a Devpost account, and a Voiceflow account
5. Any and all submissions of works entered into the Hackathon that are to be judged by Voiceflow must be newly created and original work by the participant.
6. There are 5 prizes that amount to an aggregate amount of $10,000 USD.
7. Winners must answer a skill-testing question and sign a liability release in order to receive the prize.
