In the game, the four protagonists can get job classes from things called asterisks. Tiz won't be bringing any of them in Haven, but he is a freelancer by default.

Freelancers can use any weapon, but not to their full potential. They can also equip any type of armor, but won't be fully protected. They have the following abilities:
