​Final Sale (No Returns):
Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artwork, all international sales are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the item has been shipped.

​Customs Duties and Taxes:

​All prices include Japanese consumption tax, but import duties and local taxes are not included and remain the buyer's responsibility.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility.
​Failed Delivery & Return Fees:
In the event that a package is returned to us due to the buyer's absence, an incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:
​Original shipping cost (even if "Free Shipping" was applied)
​Actual return shipping fees charged by the carrier (FedEx, etc.)
​A 20% Administrative & Restocking Fee (to cover handling and packaging materials)
​Package Abandonment:
If the cost of return shipping exceeds the value of the artwork, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. In this case, no refund will be issued.
