📦 Orders placed before 12:00 PM (on a business day) are usually shipped the same day. After that, shipping is done the next business day.

Unfortunately not. Once the order is confirmed, it quickly goes into logistical preparation and we can no longer modify it.

No worries. Here are the right moves:
- Check your tracking link: you’ll find all the info there (delay, delivery attempt, drop-off point update…).
- If the package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, or if nothing has moved for 5 business days, contact us via the form or chat.
📦 In case of a missed delivery, the carrier can:
Make a new delivery attempt
Drop your package at a pick-up point
Or send it back to the sender after the waiting period expires
💡 You’ll always be informed through the tracking link.

These fees cover the provided return slip + logistical costs (quality control, restocking).

How to join the Raidlight loyalty program?
All you need to do is create your Raidlight account to automatically join the Finishers Club. Registration is free and immediate. As soon as you earn your first point, you activate the Trailer status and can start using your points to get vouchers.

You earn points with every purchase. Each euro spent equals one point earned.
You can also gather points by leaving product reviews (one review every 30 days), 25 points for a simple review and 50 points for a review with a photo or video. Points are also given for your birthday (50) and for following Raidlight on social networks (25 points per platform: Facebook and Instagram). All these actions are automatically credited to your account.

Yes. Points earned expire after six months without any activity related to the points. Any action that changes your balance is considered activity and prevents expiration. This includes earning points (purchase, review, birthday, community actions) or using them to get discounts.
You can check your points balance and status at any time by logging into your Raidlight account, in the tab dedicated to the loyalty program « Club Finisher ».

If you return a product and your order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase are automatically deducted from your balance.

How to use the vouchers?
Vouchers are available starting from 200 points for a 10 euro voucher and 400 points for a 20 euro voucher. Once the threshold is reached, you can generate your voucher directly from your customer account. The voucher is valid for six months.
When the voucher is generated, the corresponding points are deducted from your balance, without affecting your progress in the Finisher, Trail Runner, or Ultra-Trail Runner statuses.

All the benefits linked to your status are visible directly in your customer account, in the loyalty program section. Each benefit is valid for one year from the activation of your status.
The Ultra-Trailer level entitles you to a product made in France. This product changes every year and its maximum value is 20 euros.

Yes, some jackets, pants, and accessories are 100% waterproof, with technical membranes (like our MP+® membrane, developed and patented by Raidlight), as well as sealed seams.
✔️ The label "waterproof" is always indicated on the product sheet.
💡 Other products are simply water-repellent: they resist light rain or splashes, but are not designed for extreme weather conditions.

How does the installation of the desert gaiters work?
1️⃣ Try the products
Before sending, make sure the gaiters and shoes fit you — the installation is final and non-refundable.
2️⃣ Prepare your package
Send your clean gaiters + shoes to:
Raidlight – Gaiter installation service, 115 route de Perquelin, 38380 Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, France
Include the installation form available on the website.
3️⃣ Quality check
Upon receipt, our team checks that your shoes are compatible (no quick lacing, good condition).
❌ If not, we will send your package back without installation (fees deducted).
4️⃣ Workshop installation
We sew the velcro strip onto your shoes with a clean and solid assembly.
📦 Allow 15 business days between receipt and shipment of your package.
5️⃣ Return
Your mounted shoes are sent back to you via Colissimo, with insurance.
💰 Return shipping costs are your responsibility and billed at actual cost.
