randominityI found the most random Alan/Nathan footage to squee over in the middle of a Nathan interview: [here] under the Nathan on Star TV link. There's this moment where Nathan is leaning way back like a limbo champ and Alan is holding his hand and supporting his weight with the one hand. o_O. This is, um, unspeakably hot, and for a very, very brief moment, I thought, "these two must be RPSed!" but I'll never do that. NEVER! I would, however, kind of like to make an icon with a screencap of that moment, with the text "My fandom is buff and limber". Hehe.
That actually brings to mind how spoiled RPS in the popslash and lotrips fandoms has made me. It's nearly impossible to find out any information about the Firefly cast's private lives, which is actually a bit of a welcome change. Hell, I thought Nathan was married with children until I found this one website that proved me wrong. And for all I know, Alan Tudyk has a meaningful relationship with a handpuppet, for all the information I can find on him. Good for them, though. I like men of mystery.
Oh, and the best part? I get to meet them both in 26 days! *grin*
Also, I have to note this, for the Nathan Fillion Is A Huge Dork files:
Nathan (to Dutch audience, on whether he fears being typecast): I'm not worried about being typecast as Malcolm Reynolds, 'cause, actually, I die in this movie.
Nathan: (huge mock gasp, covers his mouth)
Nathan (stage whisper): ...AWKWARD!
Yeah. Dork. But he was wearing glasses, and that's hot. <3
All right, back to the non-gushing, for now. La la la.

(I do know that Adam Baldwin is married, because he referenced his wife in a couple of interivews I read. Oh, and Jewel Staite is married, too. But that's all I know.)
(I've found that popslash has ruined me for all other fandoms, because GSF/PWP and RPS are all old hat to me by now, and it's really really hard to be surprised by any fic after reading Justin-as-a-puppy or Lance-as-a-llama or the lava lamp story. My naivete, she's all destroyed!)

Actually, I did know that about Adam Baldwin and Jewel Staite. And that information was easy to find. But hey, this way I get to make up whatever I want about Nathan and Alan. I mean, I would, if I were writing RPS about them. Which I'm not going to do. Of course.
