But you know what's funny? The same style of house here in Wascana View (cause it's kinda like the OC, I suppose in terms of uppity-ness or whatever) is selling for about $400,000. I know, cause I checked it out. ;o) Which is INSANE for Saskatchewan, if you ask me. But most of the houses in the city here are like that. Priced WAY above what they're worth and since I've also checked it out, the same exact house and some are even better, in a smaller town like Yorkton are selling for about $150,000-$175,000. I shit you not. It makes me want to move like yesterday because some of the houses in the listings right now are houses I'm totally falling in love with and gah. I want out so badly!! Ah well. If business continues the way it is right now (almost booming, actually. I know you told me to be patient and it's paid off...things are much much better) then I should have a nice tidy amount for a down payment in three-ish years. :oD
