I specifically didn't nap last night because I wanted to get Fairuza from... wherever she was, I'm too lazy to check last entry - to Rilohn Refuge so I could play with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
vandonovan. This was a mostly uneventful journey, and kind of funny, since I've chosen the Master of Whispers on every one of my characters so far, leaving me without a high-level ranger in my party whenever I also passed over Acolyte Jin. But oh well, this way I'm familiar with the mission (though after last night I wonder if Poghan Passage isn't a bit easier ;_;).
After arriving at RR, I then took Fairuza back to Tyria to see if I could pick up any skill quests I'd passed up in my runs... and there were a few easy ones to clean up. There were a few other more involved ones, but the rewards were skills I'm not sure I'll be bothering to use, so whatever. I switched around my skillset a bit so that I'm going pure Blood/Curses instead of Blood/Sword, since these mobs don't like it much when I run up to them. Or rather, squishy old me doesn't last too long when I do, hahaha.
Finally Van got on and we attempted RR, and by this time I was quite tired and possibly liable to make some fatal mistakes. Also, I really REALLY cannot get used to the fact that I'm not a tank and can't tank and am squishy. And I have no high-damage skills, and in a mission like RR it really, really sucks. Anyway, we tried for masters a couple of times and got completely wiped in seconds by the Drought both times. Then we shut off all the $@&#$^! pumps and finally succeeded. Stupid drought, I hates it precious. Then on to Moddock Crevice which is still sucky, and got to Wehhan Terrace... and Van's computer crapped out. Could not handle the graphics and DID NOT WANT. So poor Van could not continue on our intrepid journey to Vabbi ;_;. I had to go it alone.... which I did. So now Fairuza's in Vabbi as well, cooling her heels and unable to afford any armor! \o/
...I character farmed for a bit, for lack of anything else to do. I think I did around an hour total and earned about 4p. This is by no means a spectacular take, but considering in 5 hours of playing Fairuza I don't think I made 5p, 4p in one hour is better than I'll ever do without farming. (Emo!) If I had the stamina and the will to farm for a whole evening, I could afford high-end armor easily! *sob*
Oh, and I bought some rubies. Hahaha, I COULD ONLY AFFORD THREE. It's so sad. I need 16 per armor set! SIXTEEN! And that's not counting sapphires! Sobsobsobosob.
Yeah, that's about it. I have no more immediate goals at the moment aside from cashy money. I want to get Blehthany through Nightfall, of course, but I have REALLY had enough of the Kourna-to-Vabbi passage for the time being. (I suppose I could always play through Factions, but I always need help for that, especially considering I'm playing a mesmer, so.... nah.)
