The Circles Program
Our volunteering program provides an opportunity for young graduates to develop their skills while contributing to community development.
Creating Impact Through Volunteering
The Circles Program offers training on leadership, Grants Writing, Advocacy, Life Planning, Personal Development, Emotional Intelligence, Social Media Communications, Media Communication, Servant Leadership, Basic Microsoft Skills, Time Management, Self-Care and Resilience just to name a few.
It is RADAS strategy to both provide an opportunity in which young graduates meet their capacity development needs while strengthening their work skills through volunteering. It seeks to select the most stable, best suited, motivated, honest and focused individuals who want to contribute to community development and create impact through their engagement with RADA.
The 3rd Cohort of this program will run from February 14, 2023 to August 12, 2023. So far, the program has supported over 45 young people with skills that enabled over 18 of them gained employment with RADA and others for recruitment elsewhere and personal initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement
Applicant should be the ages of 18-35 years at the time of application
Age Requirement
Applicant should have at least a Bachelor’s degree from any field of study. A masters or PhD is an advantage.
Age Requirement
Applicant should be able to fully commit to the 6 months of the program and to actively participate with honesty, self-reflection and self-motivation.
