william herondale from a fairly questionable ya book series called the infernal devices. he's welsh, living in 19th century london, angsty, fights demons, is not entirely human (nephilim) and, um, writes really, really awful poetry and songs. also tone deaf. he also sometimes pretends to be fictional characters* when he has to do something he doesn't want to do. and sometimes he bites vampires just because they don't expect it.
