he's from a tv show called misfits, which is about a group of - you guessed it - misfits who get struck by lightning during their community service and get super powers that correspond with their personalities. it seems like he's emotionally invincible (spoiler alert: not quite true) so he gets the power of immortality. he can also see dead people and talk to them. how many of you get to say you've flipped off a ghost?? on top of being immortal, he's also a mouthy brat and the biggest attention seeker there ever was. he will do pretty much anything, up to and including being extremely offensive, to get a reaction. that said, here is an opt out post if he doesn't sound your style.

for those canon familiar, he's from the end of 2.06, which means he just finished his community service and has died a lot. also, fun fact: his mom is played by catelyn stark! and there's only one thing he says to death: NOT TODAY. the crossover writes itself, you guys.
