Virginia Annie Mae Alexander Smith, 1923 - 2003
Aunt Virginia was the third of the four Alexander daughters (Aunt Sister [I think her given name was Lillian, but I'll have to check] was born in 1895; Aunt Velma in 1918; then Aunt Virginia, then Mom; there was also a brother, Thomas, born in 1896 or thenabouts, but I've never heard of any records of him past his birth); she'd had Alzheimers for the last five years or so.
Now it's Aunt Velma, and then Inez, Valerie, Viette, Helen, and me as the oldest women in the family.
Helen's going to keep me informed of news, and will probably go down to Buena Vista with Franklin and Melanie to represent this part of the family.
I feel much more tired now than I did a while ago.
