Because of a piece of political serendipity, you may be in a position to save the homes of low income New Orleans' Hurricane Katrina refugees and enable them to come back to the city. I know, it's such a weird thing, but we've all wanted to do something for the folks displaced by Hurricane Katrina--and now we can!
