schemingreaderObviously, Chip Berlet knows more about the Christian Right in the United States than he does about Harry Potter. For one thing, he is one of the foremost experts on the far Right in the US! Also, a true fan could have found better quotes in the GoF movie than he did to prove his points about the values implicit in the HP series. (Let's not even mention the books--my husband, who sent me the link, hasn't read the Harry Potter books either. *sigh*.) Still, this blog post comparing a major Christian Right event to seeing the GoF is interesting.
