YEARS SPENT IN AD: 10 years and 2 months
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: The same she does now, except more mature, and slightly older features.

PERSONALITY CHANGES: The thing about Elena is that, through out all the crap her life has thrown at her, most of her personality, the core of it, had stayed the same. I just can't see her changing much. What will change though, i think, is that living in Adstring will toughen her up more. Make her stronger. That personality trait that has been developing before her canon point, i feel like it intensify with time? And i am referring to her becoming a stronger person in terms of handling more and more things herself. That's not to say she hasn't before, but this time, without Stefan here, or the Damon she knows, she has to rely more on her own instincts and self-preservation techniques.
The bonds she's made with others will probably intensify and grow. I think one of the things that will stay constant is her friendship with Caroline. Her other friendships, as this is Elena, will not be easily let go, as she will readily help and fight for anyone she cares about.
